1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we strive to process and prepare it for shipment within 5-7 business days (Hockey jerseys & old style jerseys: 10 – 15 business days). You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successfully processed, followed by a shipment notification with tracking information.

Please note that orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

2. Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, it typically takes 10-15 business days for your items to be delivered. Shipping times may vary depending on your location within the United States, but we work diligently to ensure timely delivery.

Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays, and there may be delays during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will be $7.9. (FREE SHIPPING on all orders in USA over $150 –  Ending April 30, 2025).

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers (USPS/DHL/FedEx/YUN….) to deliver your items safely and on time. Your shipment confirmation email will include a tracking number that allows you to track your package through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.

6. Address Changes

If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the address.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Shop Beautified is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, if your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected], and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment online via the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
